Defective Items

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 30 day manufacturers warranty by replacing a defective product with the same product.

Once you receive your order, test the battery operated items immediately BEFORE using. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.

The manufacturer will only provide warranty replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return.

In the event of a defect please email here and include the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.

Please note, you must email us within 2 days of receiving the product as the manufacturer offers a 30 day warranty.

Other

Sometimes, manufacturers change the packaging, the color or the design of an item. The items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website. In some cases, substitutions may be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.

In the event of fraud or harassment, the privacy policy becomes null and void.

Without prior approval ___________ does not reimburse for return shipping costs. Those shipping costs should not exceed the cost you paid for shipping. If you need a replacement immediately, call us, do not ship next day air and expect reimbursement for that.

Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site
